After the property has been refinanced, there are several options. 

1.  Retain the property for passive income.  Our goal is to build long-term sustainable wealth through passive income.

2.  Sell property for profit.

3.  1031 Exchange  to protect equity.

Our plan is to hold most properties for at least 2-5 years.  We may diversify income by buying wholesale, rehabbing, & flipping.  However, this is not the primary objective and appears risky under current market conditions.
